 Each session is designed to be accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to your needs. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Gentle Warm-Up – We begin with breath awareness and light movement to prepare the body.
  • Main Flow – Whether it’s Hatha, Vinyasa, or another style, we’ll go through postures suited to your level and focus for the session.
  • Breathwork (Pranayama) – Learn to control and deepen your breath for relaxation, energy, or focus.
  • Mindfulness & Meditation – A short guided practice to help you feel centered and present.
  • Cool Down & Relaxation – Ending with stretches and Savasana to absorb the benefits of the session.

Each session is adapted to your level, ensuring that you feel supported and empowered in your yoga journey.
